The role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and effective Sales Administrator who is committed to delivering a high standard of administrative support. The successful candidate will need to have a positive attitude and be committed to proving the best possible service as well as having a professional and friendly approach.
Responsibilities:
· using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc, to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
· Processing orders and payments;
· using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
· Creating customers listings on HBG website;
· Answering incoming calls;
· liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
· ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
· sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post;
· organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
· photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills
Personal drive, tenacity and energy
Strong communication skills
Good sense of fun
Ability to work well under pressure
