Office Admin Job in London

Are you someone who can deliver an excellent customer experience,
Answering both incoming calls and emails from customers?
You will be working in a very fast paced and demanding environment.
This role is for a highly organised and self motivated Office assistant.
Your task will include coordinating candidates sitting for exams by entering their details into the database, rearranging times and dates, questions, complaint handling, and some administration if required.
Hours Available ( as soon as possible Start)
Daily Responsibilities
·Answer incoming phone calls
·Handle customer inquiries, both via telephone and email.
·Assist with managing and resolving customer complaints.
·Able to correctly enter data into our booking platform whilst talking.
To customers
·Provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications/Key Skills
·No qualifications needed
·Excellent communication skills
·Computer literate
·Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.

Full training will be given
-Hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00
