Bubbledogs offers a variety of gourmet American-style hot dogs, made from our own recipes, alongside a list of exclusive grower Champagnes in a vibrant setting.
We are on the road again at an array of exciting events, from pop-ups in glamorous banqueting halls to grubby festival fields in our Mustard-yellow truck named Johnny.
Bubbledogs is taking residency at Hyde Park’s Winter Wonderland from 15th November 2021 to 1st January 2022, with longer term events opportunities possible beyond that, and we are looking for an awesome team to join us! Successful applicants should be available to start on 27th October 2021.

What’s the gig?
• Working as both a chef and front of house in our 1973 Peugeot J7 van,
preparing and serving our hotdogs and side dishes to the public;
• Acting as an ambassador for Bubbledogs and representing our brand
professionally to the public;
• Understanding that the quality and presentation of our food is at the forefront of
what we do and working with this in mind at all times;
• Helping with daily preparation of fresh ingredients and set-up of the kitchen
ready for service;
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and notifying the manager of ordering
requirements;
• Helping with the build-up and break down of our van and back of house area
where necessary.
What are We are looking for?
• A fun, friendly and confident nature with excellent people skills;
• Someone highly professional and presentable in this customer-facing role;
• An interest in the street food / festival scene is helpful;
• The service of alcohol means that all candidates must be aged 18 or over;
• Eligibility to work in the UK along with fluent English language ability.
