Oblix - Bartender
We are currently recruiting for a Bartender to join the Oblix family, located on the 32nd floor of The Shard.
Rainer Becker, the creative force behind London’s Zuma and Roka, brings you Oblix in the iconic Shard. Set against a magnificent city skyline on the 32nd floor, Oblix offers a contemporary, sophisticated yet relaxed dining experience. Stir the senses as you enter the main dining room trough the excitement of the kitchen; or head to the bar for world class cocktails in the ambience and energy of the lounge.
At least 2 years previous experience in similar high end, high volume bar / lounge / restaurant environment is essential. Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver our unique product and standard of customer service. Previous cocktail knowledge is necessary.
Impeccable attention to detail, drive and the ability to work as part of a team with a passion to provide attentive service is essential. A WSET or equivalent qualification would be extremely advantageous. The next Bartender must have excellent communication skills and be able to confidently answer bar related queries from our wide range of guests.
This is a full time position based on 7 shifts per week. The restaurant is open 7 days a week.
