We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our fantastic Day Nursery.
Our nursery operates from a very high quality and modern environment where we aim to deliver the highest standard of teaching and care to our children.
We would like an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join us, ideally who is friendly, organised and has a strong work ethic. You will need to genuinely love being with children, speak fluent English and have an understanding of the EYFS.
The key duties of a Nursery Assistant are:
Care and supervision of the children
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
Responsibility for children’s individual personal hygiene needs
Establish and develop a good relationship with parents and carers
Complete all nursery documentation as required
Have the ability to work on own initiative
Be a flexible team player with good communication skills
Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm
Promote an open and friendly working environment
A kind and sympathetic nature, and an understanding of the needs of very young children
