Daisy Chain are looking to recruit an Experienced Room Leader for one of our top clients in the Orpington area.
Located in Crofton, the nursery is purpose built with fantastic facilities and a lovely outside garden. It is located within walking distance of Orpington train station and is situated on Bus routes.
The Room Leader role will be situated in the Baby Room so relevant experience in this room is a MUST. You will be looking after 10 members of staff and up to 30 children over 3 separate rooms. You will report to the Room Manager, Deputy Manager and Manager.
This is a great opportunity to work within a fantastic nursery!
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent or above
• Have experience working with children (Baby Room experience is a MUST)
• Knowledge and understanding of the safeguarding children obligations
• Approachable and caring with a passion for working with children as a Room Leader/Room Manager
