You will need;
a L2 or above in a recognised childcare qualification such as Cache, NVQ or equivalent
Understanding of the EYFS framework
Ideally some experience or understanding of a nursery structure
Knowledge of safe guarding and child protection
BUT ABOVE ALL a passion and desire to work with children and make a difference the most fundamental stage of their lives!
Salaries start from £15,000 per annum upwards.
