Little Pebbles Nursery are currently recruiting for a fun and friendly nursery nurse / early years practitioner to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about child care and development especially for children under the age of 5.
Our nursery is a friendly, family centered setting where every child is an individual and valued. Our aim is to provide children a stimulating environment where they can strive to learn.
Our nursery is open Monday to Friday from 8am-6pm, 50 weeks per year.
We have a few positions- Full time or part time
Full time
You will be required to work 40 hours per week,(Monday to Friday) between the hours of 8am to 6pm on a shift basis in our Burnt Oak Nursery. As our nursery is a pack away nursery, on occasions you will need to do a 7am-4pm shift.
Part time
You will be required to work 27 hours per week (3 days) from 8am to 6pm OR Monday to Friday 8am-1pm OR Monday to Friday 1pm-6pm
You must have experience of working with children under the age of 5, preferably in a nursery environment. The ideal candidate will be creative, confident, reliable and able to work as part of a team as well as showing initiative to be able to complete tasks alone
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Minimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum, safeguarding and child protection procedures
Previous key worker experience

In return we offer you a salary of £15600-£17000 per annum (depending on qualification, experience and job type).
