Nursery Manager - South West, London £32 - £35kOur client is looking for a committed Nursery Manager in South West London to help with their vision of providing an exceptional Early Years environment to meet the parents and child need. This is a permanent position with an immediate start. What you will be doing Early years provision - Early Years: To lead and manage high quality practice in the nursery working with the Director of Early Years. Finance - The Nursery manager is accountable for the financial performance of the nursery, involving all aspects of managing the budget. This includes meeting revenue targets through proactive management of occupancy and fee rates, working with the Commercial team. Line Management - Provide line management, induction, appraisal and supervision, to ensure professional support and direction, to a team of Early Years practitioners in the nursery Professional and Personal Development - * Ensure high standards of professional expertise through continuing professional development; What my client requires from you * Minimum NVQ Level 3 in childcare, University Degree desirable * Desirable EYP/YET * At least 1 years experience as a Nursery Manager * Adult training qualification desirable such as PTTLS, NVQ, Assessor award to facilitate training training within the nursery * Deep understanding of EYFS and regulatory framework * Previous similar experience essential * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic finance skills Remuneration will be according to qualification and experience. £32k - £35kThis is an immediate requirement, so please reply as soon as possible to register your interest.
