A nice flexible role to assist with general maintenance and some minor carpentry. Role includes a van and tools.
Daily and weekly hours available for the foreseeable future.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will have a wide general knowledge of preventative and curative maintenance - plumbing, carpentry, decoration and electrics. You will be able to deal with a variety of issues multitasking and prioritising as necessary. To ensure that all emergency problems are responded to immediately, and where necessary organise and carry out appropriate maintenance work.
Good communication skills are a must for this role, along with the ability to operate within a service led operation. To be successful, you will be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised, a good sense of humour, as some work will be at weekends.
A DBS check will be required before you start the position. Due to the nature of the position any successful applicant has to be conviction and caution free.
