We are a busy childminding setting in the heart of kew gardens. , we require a full time assistant for an immediate start.
The applicant should ideally have some childcare experience and a genuine love for children.
The applicant should have good communication skills.
The applicant will be required to work 42 hours per week.
Hourly rate of pay £8.30 + depending in experience and qualifications.
The applicant will need to have a current DBS and will need to attend a paediatric first aid training and able to demonstrate an awareness of child safety.

Duties and responsibilities
Assist with looking after children 0-8 years old.
Based on our children’s interests, deliver a range of play opportunities in a safe, well-resourced and caring environment in accordance with the requirements of the Children’s Act and the EYFS.
Contribute to the planning and resourcing of activities and play opportunities that develop children’s individual needs.
Assist with school runs
Assist in all aspects of maintaining a tidy, clean and healthy environment.
Help with food preparation.
To contribute to the high standard of care.
To implement the daily routine.
Work in partnership with parents to keep them updated on their child’s on-going development and day.
To teach general life skills, such as hygiene and manners.
Assist with nappy changing and potty/toilet training.
To attend out of working hours activities e.g training courses.
Apprentice is also welcome.
