Registered Childcare Provider is looking for a nursery assistants to work full time in a small team in a private setting (home environment). Successful candidates must:- be confident, engaging with the children and really enjoy working with the children in a friendly and positive environment;- have good spoken and written English;- have a minimum of 12 months related experience in a nursery (or worked at school or as a nanny); - be energetic, enthusiastic, well organized and creative; not scared of getting dirty and enjoy play time outside;- hold level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
We are a home based setting with a friendly team and lovely children. We operate within 3 year groups (Baby Room:6months - 18months/2 years old, Toddler Room:2 years old - 3 years old, Tiddler Room: 3 years old - 5 years old) We are a very active team who takes children to soft plays, playgrounds, music classes, parks etc. Which means we do use triple buggies sometimes. We organise trips to the Zoo, Aquarium, Farms…
We follow Early Years Curriculum Foundation Stage therefore knowledge of EYFS is important. Preferable candidates with level 3 or equivalent. This position is subject to a DBS Check.
