We are currently recruiting for NRSWA / Civil gangs for an ongoing job in Croydon, London. Must have valid NRSWA/Streetworks for this job, ideally you would have worked on a utilities project and have experience working with excavation and reinstatement.As a streetwork gang you will be responsible for meeting with all local Authorities and clients, regularly carry out quality checks on signing and guarding, excavation and temporary or permanent reinstatement. Day to day responsibilities will include Co-ordination of programs, Health and Safety Audits, implementing improvement schemes as necessary, ensure engineers adhere to all aspects of The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991,Section 74 Regulations and Construction Design Management Regulations reporting in to the Project manager. For this role we are looking for self-motivated staff with the ability to motivate others.You will also be required to do Trial Holes in the highways.The ideal streetworks gang will hold current qualifications including NRSWA.
