We need more cooks in our kitchen. The hours are long, we are open 7 days a week every day of the year. Late night closing is part of the deal. Working in our kitchen can be very stressful and demands Heaps of energy and stamina. The pay is not the best you can find and we demand that our chefs keep very high hygiene and food safety standards. Apart from cooking, you will be expected to clean and scrub a lot and do paperwork and on-line courses on a regular basis.
We do offer flexible hours, paid holidays, on-the-job training and advancement opportunities. Apprenticeships in hospitality are also available. You will be part of a very young and fun team who can sometimes be a bit too passionate about the job.
