We are a working couple living in north London with two bright, fun-loving children (11 years old boy and 9 year old girl). We're looking for a flexible, experienced and reliable live in au pair to join our family starting at the beginning of September or sooner, and stay for a minimum of 6 months.
We are looking for someone who:
• Genuinely loves being with young people, is happy and fun.
• Is happy to help with homework, and will stimulate the children with interesting conversation and playing games with them.
• Is quite sporty and enjoys being outside in all weather.
• Enjoys cooking and is happy to help around the house.
• Is clean and tidy
• Can be flexible
• Has at least 1 years experience working with children of a similar age and with at least 2 good references.
• Spanish speaking would be preferred as our last few au pairs have been from Spain, but others are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities would be:
• Helping get the children get ready for school and dropping them off, and then picking them up and looking after them till we get home (usually around 6:30 pm) Mon-Fri during term time.
• Taking the children to after school activities, friends houses, park etc.
• Cooking healthy, nutritious meals, help with homework, play games, supervise bedtime when needed.
• Babysitting 2 nights a week (during week or weekend), as needed (but with plenty of notice)
• During school breaks looking after the kids all day.
• We have a regular cleaner, but you will need to help keep the house tidy with light housework during the week: loading dishwasher and laundry, ironing, cleaning the children's rooms, maintaining common rooms.
• Weekends are free, and we regularly work from home and help with the kids so you will often end up with some extra free time.

• Wifi and access to the household facilities for laundry and food.  Meals are included if you are happy to eat what we do.
• £120 Per week pocket money
