Nintendo needs your help! we are looking for dedicated, positive and motivated people to work full time on our Nintendo Customer Support Campaign for temporary cover.
The role will involves providing excellent levels of customer support through phone and e-mail channels, on behalf on our client, a World-leader in the Gaming Industry. This will be a temporary contract.

Skills and experience
• A confident communicator with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Able to think on your feet, dynamic and have a can-do attitude
• Ability to work and resolve issues independently whilst also being a team player
• Sound decision making and ability to maintain calmness under pressure
• IT and Telephony applications
• Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is not essential
• A good knowledge of the gaming industry would be advantageous but not essential
