Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals that can work effectively in our warehouse during the night shift. Open positions include Goods Out operative, Pickers, Packers, and Loaders. We actively look for people that have an aspiration to learn and grow and become part of a dynamic team, where over 95% of our managers are promoted from within.
Hours of work are 8p-6a, 5 days/week on a rotation basis including weekends. The job requires primarily working in a refrigerated environment, at around +5 degrees Celsius, but don't worry we will keep you warm with our uniforms.
Here are the attributes we're looking for:
Essential Skills
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy, and keeping deadlines in a time-constrained environment
Ability to accurately pick and pack orders
Desire to learn about client needs, products, and operational procedures
Handling stock, both upon receiving and within our warehouse
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
experience and Qualifications:
experience working at night in a warehouse environment – preferably in the food business
Be able to communicate at a good standard of English, both written and verbal
Recognize that attention to detail is critical
Be reliable, professional, and efficient
Be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team
