Yeast BAKERY is a micro-bakery based in London Fields, East London, specialising in the production of high quality, hand-made croissants and pastries. We started in early 2011 with a simple goal - to produce and supply the best pastries in London.
Our focus on quality and attention to detail is key to what we do.
 
We bake fresh every morning and deliver seven days a week to a growing number of boutique coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and delicatessens across London.
Job description
The bakery produces pastries and bread 7 days a week, delivering mainly across East and Central London. Each shift currently runs from 11.00pm - 3.00am. You will arrive at the bakery at 11.00pm, and spend the first hour organising boxes, delivery notes, etc. Then you will start packing the orders piece by piece (according to the specified order sheet) into delivery boxes. Attention to detail is critical in ensuring that each customer receives exactly what s/he has ordered, each day. You will be able to work accurately, tidily and in compliance with common-sense Food Health and Safety requirements.
Person Specification
Experienced packer, preferably with previous night-shifts worked (any field)
Accurate, organised and focused
Flexible, hard-working, energetic and a friendly team-player
Able to work at night and largely alone
Details
Sunday through to Thursday, 11.00pm – 3.00am (with flexibility to work overtime/change days occasionally if required)
Salary is £170 per week based on 5 shifts

Note: The selection process comprises 1 interview, then an accompanied trial shift (unpaid). Training shifts will then be paid at a reduced rate until fully capable.
