Artisan Foods, established in 1997, is a small bakery in Hackney Wick. We are proud of our handmade products, especially our German style bread, which we produce from the finest ingredients.
We are seeking a skilled night baker to join our team. Working hours are in general from 21:00 – 05:00, 5 days per week.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have experience in artisan bread making methods and long fermentation processes
· Be able to deliver consistently high quality
· Have a passion for traditional baking methods and attention to detail
· We are looking for bakers with initiative and commitment to be part of our team
