3 X Concierge / Security Officers required
We are recruiting for 3 x concierge / Security Officers to work in a Residential Apartment Block in the West of London (Hammersmith area)
Shift rotation - 4 on 4 off rotation (Nights - Occasional weekend days)
Hours - 1730-0930 (16 hrs)
£10 p/hr (£160 per shift)
The successful candidate will require a current SIA licence in an appropriate sector, excellent communications skills and flexibility. You will also be a responsible and trustworthy individual who takes pride in your day to day work.
Requirements:
* Valid SIA license (Essential) Minimum DS license preferred
* must be available for Immediate start
* Proven experience within the Corporate Security sector of minimum 3 years
* Able to work a flexible and varied shift pattern when required (nights and weekends - some weekend days)
Main Responsibilities:
* Completing all necessary paperwork / logs and incident reports as necessary
* Conducting internal and external patrols on residence complex
* Following site procedures and instructions
* Liaise with residents in a polite and professional manner.
* Maintaining the highest standards of security and company profile
Required education:
* High school or equivalent
* Excellent working knowledge of English. Both oral and written
Required experience:
* Security Guard: 3 years experience
