Requirements
experience in reception role, night porter role or hotel based environment an advantage.
Must have previous customer service experience.
Excellent written and spoken English
Be self-motivated and can prioritise work.
Be flexible with regards to working hours and be available for weekend work.
Intermediate IT skills- experience on outlook desirable.
Available 5 nights per week 11pm- 7am
Responsibilities
Greet guest in a warm and professional manner.
Check in and check out guests to the company standards.
Deal with emails/ calls
Luggage delivery
Dealing with requests, queries and suggestions and resolving guest complaints, quickly and efficiently.
