The Zetter Hotel is a contemporary, converted Victorian warehouse in Clerkenwell looking for a Night Porter, which was once credited with reinventing the boutique hotel concept. It is now an award-winning hotel with bags of personality and pioneering eco-credentials.
The Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell is a 13-bedroom Georgian townhouse with an award-winning cocktail lounge. Located just across the cobbles of St John's Square from The Zetter Hotel, this unique property feels more like the private residence of an eccentric (and fabulous!) great aunt than a hotel.

What does the ROLE look like?

Full-time role
Be an expert on all items on offer from the food and drink menus, in particular the room service menu and deliver to rooms/serve customers as and when required.
Responsible for all aspects of Front of House operations including but not limited to checking in a guest/transporting luggage/rooming of guest/answering telephone, food and drink service, breakfast service, fire evacuation, emergency response and hotel security.
Assisting the Floor and Bar Teams during the busy evening service.
Assisting the Night Manager to record and promptly resolve issues or emergencies that arise.
Act in accordance with all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of these, as required.
Attend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the Night Team’s training and development efforts.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Night Manager/Front Office Manager/ General Manager.
