We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests, able to communicate confidently and be calm and assured in an emergency. Our hotel has 126 bedrooms and 6 conference rooms.
As NIGHT PORTER you will be working nights on a Rota basis which will include weekends and bank holidays. This is a position with minimum of 32 hrs with £7.50 per hour.
Your role will involve ensuring the effective running of the hotel during the night time hours achieving consistently high standards of service and security and maximum guest satisfaction. You will be working with Night Guest Service Manager and follow his instructions.

For this opportunity of NIGHT PORTER you would preferably have previous night’s experience or similar hotel reception experience. You will provide services such as guest check in and check out, generate hotel reports, ensuring public areas are clean, serving guest on the bar and conference set ups. As we have a banqueting hall and conference rooms - doing set ups overnight is a big part of this job role.
