We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join our vibrant, successful and passionate team.
It will be your responsibility as a Night Manager to oversee the operation of the Hotel from evening through to morning. To be successful as a Night Manager with Firmdale Hotels, you need to be ambitious and flexible to adapt to a variety of scenarios across the breadth of the business which encompasses Events, Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and the Kitchen.

What are my main duties as Night Manager?

Monitor our service standards
Responsible for the security of the hotel during the night.
Conduct regular health and safety checks
Deliver and maintain the exceptional levels of customer service.
Establish strong professional relationships with guests.
Support all departments as needed
Run night audits and produce nightly reports for the senior managers.

Hours required for the role of Night Manager:
As a Night Manager you will work full time hours as required by the business, where some weekends will be required.
