Your responsibilities as aNight Porter will include:- Provide efficient and courteous assistance with internal or external guests’ luggage- Meet and greet the hotel guests and having an understanding of the hotel and surrounding area, answering any queries they have on the city, hotel or local area and ensuring the guest has an enjoyable stay with us- Liaise with colleagues to make sure there is a presence in the lobby (Ground floor or first floor) at all times- Deal with guest comments to ensure they are resolved to the guest satisfaction and in accordance with Brand Standards and procedures We are looking for The ideal Night Porter will:- Be able to differentiate between different guest types and in-house guests- Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling- Understand that the role is heavily manual handling focused - Be able to deliver excellent guest service every day- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends- Excellent customer service skills and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!We offer Our people mean the world to us, and we only recruit the best.
