We currently have an opening for a Driver to join our Transport department. The main purpose of this position is to interact with customers to provide an efficient and professional delivery service within set time limits whilst taking ownership of any queries or complaints. The position is based on 5 shifts per week including weekends. The shifts start at 2.15am and 3.00am.
Please note that this is a large round which requires carrying boxes of goods to customers.
The ideal candidate should:
• Be friendly and helpful with great customer service
• Be over 25 years old (Insurance requirement)
• Have a clean UK/EU driving licence
• Have a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Have good knowledge of driving in and around London and the M25 area
• Have a good knowledge of the Highway Code
• Be able to read a map and use it to navigate
• Be able to plan routes and meet deadlines
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
• Be smart and well presented at all times
• Previous multi drop experience is essential
