Night Porter  – 5-star hotel apartments – Central London £9.00 per hour.
We are presently looking for a night porter for long stay luxury hotel apartments in Central London.
You will be working 5 shifts per week, 11pm to 7am on a Rota basis including some weekend working. 40 hours per week.
This is initially a temporary position with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
Main Duties
Working as part of the night team based at the front desk area.
Assist guests with all requests, from courier services, cinema, theatre tickets, restaurant reservations, private car hire, taxis, sightseeing tours, airline bookings and any other needs.
Deal with incoming/outgoing parcels/mails and messages.
Deal with minor complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Responsible for checking of apartments before guest arrivals.
Deal with minor maintenance and report any faults to maintenance for follow up.
Any other additional tasks as requested.
Requirements
Previous similar experience.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Committed to providing a high level of guest service.
Energetic, focused and well presented.
