We’re looking for Night Concierge for the new Stratford Riverside development in E15. The role includes carrying out site inspections on a tablet computer, introducing residents to their new properties, helping residents by following policies, upholding the estate rules and regulations and supervising cleaning and gardening staff as well as learning about the plant on site and checking contractors in and out.
You’ll need to be articulate, pro-active, provide excellent customer service and be confident in addressing small repairs. Equally you'll need to be comfortable talking to Engineers about complex plant and keeping residents informed at all times.
The role is key to making Stratford Riverside a destination a place where people want to live and maintaining the highest standards at all times.
A good command of English is required as well as the ability to be sensitive but assertive as you will need to move youths on, monitor CCV and advise on policies and procedures.
Your computer skills need to be good enough to log and photo repairs, carry out inspections using a tablet computer, and look up contractors, issue works orders and send/receive emails.
You’ll need high personal standards in cleanliness and tidiness to set the standard on site and be able to put together a ‘to do list’ for others where things need to get done.
