Our client is a well-established luxury serviced apartments company based in Central London.
About the role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Night Concierge, working 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off.
This is a long term temporary role which may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, comprehensive and efficient concierge and portering service at all times.
Duties include liaising with guests and providing assistance whenever required, as well as ensuring the building entrance, lobby and corridors are kept to the highest standard of cleanliness at all times.
About you
As the successful candidate for this role you:
• Will have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or apartments
• Will be able to work night shift on a long term basis
• Have excellent levels of English and communication skills
• Are well presented and have a passion for hospitality
• Have a real understanding of guest service requirements
