About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Night Concierge to join the team here at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel. The shift pattern is 4 nights on, 3 days off with a full time contract of 40 hours per week.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To collect luggage from guest rooms within 10 minutes of receiving request.
To deliver luggage to guest rooms within 10 minutes of the guest checking in.
To escort guests to rooms as and when required.
To keep the lobby and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
To man the front doors and front entrance as required when the lobby is busy and as requested.
To deliver faxes, messages and parcels to guestrooms as and when requested.
To take room service orders and deliver them in a timely manner as per Jumeirah Standards.
To perform extra housekeeping duties such as turn down, extra bed, servicing the room and delivering in room amenities on request.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent level of English
Be friendly, approachable and professional.
A passion for customer service
