Role : Night Cleaning Manager
Salary : £30,000 to £35,000 (40 hours)
Job Status : Full Time / Permanent

As Night Cleaning Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Supervisors and Operatives delivering an exceptional cleaning service across a large public realm estate and commercial buildings in London.
Role Description:
Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship within the management team to ensure expectations are managed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key members of staff.
To monitor the performance of key personnel.
Prepare accurate, timely reports to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines.
Attend weekly meetings with the management team in planning and implementing key works.
Manage the Health and Safety, including COSHH in line with relevant policies, legislation and method statements.
Managing services partners and their deliver.
To support with various functions of Contract Management.
Ensure all necessary procedures are adhered to.
Complete administrative tasks as required.
Liaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Requirements:
At least 3 years; experience in managing cleaning contracts.
BICSc qualification
Health and Safety training
IT Literate
Excellent communication skills
Flexible
