Night chef

We are looking for a night chef to join our team at our kitchen in Hackney.

The job will involve preparation all the mise en place, pastries, juices and basic food preparation before the kitchen opens. experience in cooking is preferred but not required - our head chef will be happy to train you in preparation.

Working hours: 5 days a week, 2 days off- min of 40 hours (weekly Rota)
