Night Chef de partie required for a Casino in London. Cooking a range of fresh food dishes. Shift patterns being 7pm – 3am or 8pm – 4am.

The role
We are looking for a chef de partie to cook fresh food dishes within the Casino. The menu has a good quality menu. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
