The executive headteacher of 2 primary schools in South London is interested in meeting any final year students aiming to start their NQT induction year in September 2022.
As Ofsted "Outstanding" schools they are in an excellent position to offer new teachers the support required to have a successful induction year; which is essential to kickstart your career.
Positions are available in KS1 and KS2. Both schools are 2 form entry and offer excellent facilities, a welcoming community and staff who are experienced in providing support to new teachers.
Ideally, you will be a confident final year student committed to your own career development. You should have a good understanding of which year group or key stage you would like to commence your induction year in.
The executive headteacher would like to meet all those interested for a school tour and brief chat about the positions available. Those who then express a keen interest in joining the team will be invited back for a more formal interview.
