Opened in Spring 2022, Florentine serves a Brasserie-style menu with a focus on flatbreads cooked in a wood-fired oven and our signature Ostrich egg dishes. Our bar features the best of British bubbles and craft Beers as well as a range of superfood cocktails, with DJ sessions throughout the evenings and weekends for a refreshing, relaxed vibe.We are looking for individuals to join us that can:Deliver smooth running of service within assigned section Ensure Restaurant is ready following the check lists and all closing duties have been carried out Full knowledge of the wine and drink list and how to match food with wines Know the restaurant layout and table system Comply and adhere with the Restaurant Order of ServiceBe an example and a source of inspiration to more junior staff Pass on all diner feedback to managementBe fully briefed on changes to the menus, ingredients, descriptions and dish style Take diners’ orders and ensure your section runs smoothly Work with your Team during the service Passion for delivering excellent customer service Good mannered, sociable and prompt with an outgoing personality.
