Location: South London
Hours: Full time between 10am and 7pm [You choose the 8 hours you work]
Salary: £20K incl. Commission
Job requirement: You will be on the phone a lot and so, will be working from your own personal office iPhone 7 +
You the type of person that likes to make a difference to someone’s life or to be more precise, the lives of many people? Be able to bring a smile to their faces whereby at the end, they thank you profusely in doing so? Do you prefer to give than receive and enjoy speaking to a multitude of different people of all ages, ethnicities, occupations and ones, living all over the UK? Well, maybe your chance has arrived.
We are a soon to launch model advisory company [first week in September] that is out to help advise, educate and increase awareness of rogue model agents out there. We advise the thousands of would-be models out there, regardless of their age, gender, occupation and experience. Our job is to put them on the right track, tell them where they may be going wrong advise accordingly.
We are looking for chatty and quick learning people to help us facilitate this service. Your role will be one of a model customer service executive that:
 Advises models on all aspects of the model industry [full training will be given so you do not need any prior knowledge]
 Informs them of their best options and what model sections they will feature on [on the model section of the company]
 Guides and recommends paid for and non-paid for optional extras
 Keeps records of all applicants you speak to [meaning no cold calling whatsoever]. Everyone you speak to would have applied and therefore come to us for help
 You will NOT be responsible for finding work for models
 Is well organised, speak clear English and be able to think on your feet

o Be able to explain things to people in a way they can understand [i.e. Be logical]
