ICHIBUNS CHEFS OF ALL LEVELS
We are looking for all levels of Chefs wanting to be a part of a new opening, new team and new concept. The very first ICHIBUNS will open in the heart of the West End this September.
ICHIBUNS will have three floors, a cocktail bar and restaurant that will do a high volume of take-away. It will have a state of the art kitchen and central prep kitchen to help ensure quality and consistency. If you feel you have a “Tokyo-Rock’n’Roll” attitude, with an eye for detail and a passion for working in a busy kitchen, we would love to meet you.

For ICHIBUNS, Hokkaido is much more than a Japanese island; it inspires a philosophy that defines our attitude and approach to the food we love. Home to some of the best farms and fisheries in Japan it isn’t surprising that it supplies the highest quality of fruit, vegetables, and dairy products throughout Japan. Inspired by the quality of produce found in abundance across Hokkaido, as well as the overriding organic and sustainable farming ethos, we’ve sourced our very own Hokkaido-grade ICHIBUNS suppliers for the menu.
