New Concept Store opening soon looking for his General Manager.
ROLE
- Administer daily operations
- Works with other departments and shop managers
- Manage Financial budget
- Delegate responsibilities
- Hire, Train and/or Fire Staff
- Execute administrative responsalibiltes
- Liaising with customers, employees and suppliers
- Greeting customers and possible complaints
- Budget Food and Beverage costs
- Coordinate Barista, Chefs and Front of the house rosters
- Able to switch roles and replace members of the team if needed.
YOU MUST:
- Have Training and presentation skills
- Have Superior training in related fields
- Be confident
- Be able to communicate in appropriate manners
- Be able to manage Team and employees
- Be able to produce high level of quality service
- Be cordial and approchable
- Be self confident
- Be able to inspire your team
- Have a professional level of english communication
- Have knowledge of the food environment
- Level 2 of Food and Safety
- Having a passion for the Health and fitness industry
