experience with classic Mexican cooking as well as modern influences essential. Having experience in preparation of Moles, salsas, escabeche, ceviche etc a big advantage.
Looking for an outgoing personality who can lead the kitchen with passion and flair as well as being accountable for food costs, health and hygiene and keeping the kitchen in order on a day-to-day basis.
Full-time Salary Offered / 2 days off / Staff discounts at other sites / Full Support given / Paid Weekly / £25-£27k Salary.
