Atkinson Mcleod is a young, independent property company, founded in 2002 and covering Sales, Lettings and Property Management. We currently have 5 offices covering central, East and South London, and as a result of our plans for expansion, we are looking to recruit an apprentice to work as part of our new business team, working closely with our Company Director.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Contacting new applicants to obtain details required for referencing (eg landlord contact details)
Updating internal CRM system with accurate information and passing potential new business leads to the Client Services department.
Sourcing potential new leads via various sources online eg Rightmove, Zoopla.
Providing a high level of customer service and polite phone manner when speaking to applicants.
Building strong relationships with Sales, Lettings and Client Services teams across the business.
Ad hoc new business and marketing projects as instructed by the Company Director.
Skills required:
Grade A-C in English and Maths GCSE
Confident phone manner
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Good administrative skills
Well-organised and methodical
Training will be delivered by New City College with the employer to ensure that the apprentice meets the requirements of the standard and ready for end point assessment in order to achieve a Level 3 Qualification in Business and Administration. There is the potential to progress into a number of areas including Sales, Lettings, Property Management or Administration for the right candidate.
