New American Dining restaurant and cocktail bar opening in Wimbledon Sw19. We are currently looking for a main Chef that can take on board our menu design and implement new ideas and suggestion for creating the unique menu! The chef needs to have experience and understanding off a menu that consist off Steak, Lobster, Burgers and Fajitas most important is signature dishes like BBQ ribs.
The chef will need to deal with preparation for the kitchen including the servicing for the evenings.

Skills Required:
* Previous experience in running a grill section
