We are looking for a Nanny to look after our two boys, aged 5 and 2.
The position would ideally be working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Monday 3-6:30pm, Tuesday 8am-6:30pm and Wednesday 3-6:30pm. For the right candidate we could be flexible and look at a Tuesday - Thursday arrangement.
The duties on the shorter days would be collection of the children from nursery and school. Bringing them home, playing, some reading/homework and making dinner.
On the longer days there will be school drop off and collection. Plus looking after the two year old all day, taking him to groups, trips to the park, preparing meals etc.
The position is based in North London, N21. School is a 30 minute walk or 7 minute drive, St Monica's Primary, Southgate. We'd prefer someone who can drive for ease. We could provide access to a car if candidates hold a driving licence.
Our children are typical boys, boys. They love playing outside, are sports mad and full of energy. We need a Nanny who is energetic and experienced in entertaining children with more active activities!
We have a family dog who is lovely and friendly. Applicants should be happy to be at home with our dog.
A strong command of the English language both written and verbal is essential.
A little bit about us. We are a British family and we've been married for 9 years. Both parents work in central London, one in professional services the other in communications. We live in a house with a good sized garden with lots of Toys for the children to play with. We much prefer that our children are engaged with games and play, over television.
The role is to start as soon as possible. However we will consider candidates who have a notice period.
