Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7.30am – 7.30pm
Salary: Neg. Depending on experience and skills.

We are looking for a hands-on Nanny/PA/ House Manager for a private fully staffed household.
In St Johns Wood, North West London.
You will be working for a HNW couple and their two teenage children. The focus will be split between providing childcare and running the household during school hours.
You will be required to work 7.30am – 7.30pm, Monday – Friday. On occasion the days and timings will vary depending on the family’s schedule. When the family are in residence additional hours may be required, with time off in lieu granted.
You will be expected to combine your childcare duties with managing this busy household on a day to day basis. You will be joining an established team of professional domestic staff, including; a Chef and two full-time Housekeepers.
The Nanny/ PA /House Manager will be responsible for the care and wellbeing of the children, this will include, but not be limited to the following; school collections, preparing uniforms for school, ensuring homework is completed, taking to extra-curricular activities, researching planning and preparing activities, organising playdates etc. Whilst the children are at school the Nanny / PA will be expected to ensure the household runs smoothly, keep all administration up to date, liaise with contractors, sign for deliveries, organising events, personal shopping and running errands, maintaining household budgets and staff time-sheets.
The salary offered for the position will be between £45,000 and £60,000 gross per annum dependent on experience, qualifications and skills. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff working for appreciative Principals.

Variety within a position. The ideal candidate will have 5 + years’ experience working as a Nanny/ PA / House Manager and possess flexibility to work additional hours and travel with the family on occasion.

Duties ;

Liaising with the chef in order to prepare healthy meals and snacks.
Supervising the kids meals
Helping the kids with general hygiene
Accompanying the children to school and activities.
Organising play dates for the children
Undertaking appropriate outdoor activities, educational and creative.
Shopping for the children’s requirements
Scheduling and co-ordinating the children’s activities.
Implementing daily routines
Packing and unpacking for family trips
Taking to medical appointments
Maintenance of bedrooms, clothing, books and resources.
Assisting with homework
Ensuring the children follow a routine that allows for homework and educational activities.
Teach manners, etiquette and right code of conduct.
Foster the children’s educational, social and creative development.
Schedule appropriate timetable for tutors.
Liaise with the parents and other tutors regarding objectives, progress and development.
Understand the school syllabus and requirements that each child needs to meet.
Prepare the children for exams and school assessments by liaising with the other tutors.
Managing the children’s education (including tutors) and communication with schools.
Develop the children’s independence
Monitor homework given by the school and tutors.
Managing household’s schedules and calendars.
Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs.
Scheduling and managing home maintenance and repair work.
Running errands
Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, nannies and chefs.
Shopping for food, supplies and other requested items.
Oversight of employer’s valuables
Induction and training of staff members
Diary management
Wardrobe management
Responding to emails
Travel arrangement- liaising with office staff.
Packing for family trips
Personal errands and shopping
Paying invoices
Monitoring personal needs and make sure its delivered to a high standard.
Liaising with office and household staff ( point of contact)

To be considered for this role you must;

Have 5 + years experience working as a Nanny/PA/ House Manager in a similar position.
