We are a friendly family in Fulham looking for a live-out nanny to look after our 5 year old daughter on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We are looking for a reliable, kind and energetic person with at least 3 years' childcare experience.
Our ideal candidate could be either:
- A NANNY interested in childcare-only work before and after school in term time (4 hours/day) and full days in the school holidays (10 hours/day), OR
- A NANNY/ HOUSEKEEPER looking for full days (10 hours/day) which would be focused on childcare in the school holidays, and before and after school childcare in term time, plus cooking for the family and light housekeeping when our daughter is at school.
The role will include school drop off and pick up (very close to our home address), helping with reading, writing and homework, playing or taking to activities, cooking her dinner, and organising bath time. Our daughter is bright, fun and enthusiastic, and we are looking for someone who can think of lots of activities for after school and in the holidays.
For a nanny/ housekeeper the role in term time when our daughter is at school would also include cooking family meals, light housekeeping such as ironing and vacuuming, and helping with shopping and errands.
Requirements:
3 Years' Childcare experience
Excellent spoken and written English
2 Verifiable References
DBS check (or willing to get this)
First Aid Certificate (or willing to do this)
Non-smoker
This is a permanent position, and we would love someone who is looking for a long term role.
The start date is flexible - immediate start or as late as mid-September is possible.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and qualifications.
