Days: Monday – Friday
Core hours: 23 hours a week guaranteed + option for more
Monday – Thursday 3:20-7:20pm
Friday 12- 7pm
Additional hours:
May include extra hours after 7pm during the week (if both parents need to work longer hours); drop off to nursery in the morning or occasional babysitting at weekends. All open to discussion and availability.
We are a friendly couple, working in the creative industry with a 3-year old daughter, who attends a local nursery Monday- Friday. We live in Belsize Park, 2 minutes from the Belsize Park tube station. Our daughter goes to local nursery 10-15 minutes walk from our place.
We are looking for a friendly and responsible nanny to help us pick her up from nursery and look after her until we get home from work. This is a temporary one month engagement with an opportunity to be extended from September onwards. (Our daughter will be away for a month in August.)
Your duties:
- Pick her up our from nursery (Mon to Thu 3:20pm; Fridays 12pm (noon) and look after her until 7 -7:20 pm or sometimes later
- Take her to the playground, park or library before bringing her home
- Serve her dinner at around 6:30-7pm and prepare her for bath and bed if the parents are running late
The role will suit someone who lives locally in Camden, but not a must. We are welcoming applications from both people who are looking for a long term nanny career or a temporary summer job, as long as you are committed for the period 21 June - 21 July, responsible , positive and kind with kids.
