Part-time nanny in Wimbledon SW19
We are looking for a nanny starting from around September/October 2022 to look after our lively 16-month old daughter for 2 days a week (provisionally Tuesday and Friday, but this may change to Tuesday and Thursday) from 7.45am to 6.45pm.
Duties would include preparing her food and cleaning up after her meals, doing her laundry, playing with/reading to her, tidying up after play or activities, putting her down for her nap and monitoring whilst she sleeps, and taking her on outings (e.g. To the park, library, playgroups or local classes).
We are looking for someone who also has the flexibility to be able, occasionally, to pick her up from nursery on other days of the week if we need to work late, bring her home, give her dinner and spend time with her until we return home (c. 5pm to 7pm).
Our ideal nanny would be a good cook, be kind, patient and energetic, and have 2 years + of experience of looking after children of a similar age. Qualifications would be good but we would absolutely consider someone unqualified if they have experience, are trustworthy and have the right character. We would prefer someone who is fully fluent in French and English but the characteristics just mentioned take priority over language skills. Good references from previous employers are a must.
