We are a lovely family of 5, with two cats and a dog. We need 19 hours help a week of which 13 is childcare for our 10 year old (collecting from school, play dates and taking to clubs) and cooking meals for him and our elder two who are sitting A levels and GCSEs next summer. The other hours are for housework. We pay £10-11 (per hour depending on qualifications) plus tax.
You need excellent English, good energy levels and 100% reliability. You must be an excellent communicator and really like children and be able to help with homework. Being able to cook good healthy meals is also essential.
We need after school help on Mon, Tues, Thursday and Fridays only (not Wednesdays). Finishing at 7 on a Friday but 730 the other days. Cleaning can be done on days that suit you and agreed between us.
We would really like the successful candidate to be with us long term - we aren't looking for an au pair or short commitment. Our current carer is having to leave at short notice to look after a sick relative so the start date is as soon as possible.
