We have 3 lovely kids, a dog and two cats. Our two oldest children, 18 and 15, need a steady presence in the house, who will be interested in their whereabouts and cook them wholesome healthy food during their exam years.
Our youngest (aged 10) will need collecting from school 4 days a week and feeding, entertaining (playing games together) and having or collecting from play dates as well as taking to and from clubs.
You need to be:
* 100% reliable
* an excellent communicator
* a good time keeper
* energetic and positive
* genuinely interested in other people
* someone who likes food and is a good cook using healthy ingredients well
* good at cleaning up after cooking - including the hob, oven and grill
* not allergic to cats or dogs
* a good cleaner who cares about their environment
* preferably a native English speaker/excellent English (help with homework may be needed)
* based in North London
* looking for a long term role (we are looking for someone who can stay with us for a number of years).
The hours are roughly 13 hours childcare/cooking and 6 hours cleaning each week, Mon, Tues, Thursday and Fridays (not Wednesdays). The core hours are 3.50pm until 7.20pm on those days other than Friday (finish at 6). The cleaning can be at times and on days to be agreed.
We both work sometimes long hours. Having someone reliable at home is key. We are looking for you to be part of our family. We had our last nanny for 15 years.
We would like you to work in some of the school holidays though we will give you several weeks paid leave when we are away.
