Part time Nanny/housekeeper needed in Warlingham
A young family with a baby on the way due in December are looking for a caring, warm, bubbly and energetic nanny/housekeeper to join their family. The right nanny/housekeeper must be capable of carrying out all housekeeping duties and have motivation to go above and beyond with their duties. To start with the position will be housekeeping for their 2.5 bedroom house. This luxury house is set in a private gated park with very easy access to transport links.
The family are looking for someone that can fully clean the whole house to an exceptionally high standard, as well as clean and polish delicate items.
Other duties will include all laundry and ironing including husbands Shirts and delicate clothes, as well as folding and hanging clothes, putting all laundry away, wardrobe and cupboard organisation. Changing bedding and Towels regularly, helping with household errands, taking deliveries and some occasional cooking. The family have a very small dog and two cats, so the right candidate must be comfortable around animals and pet friendly, they must be happy to clean out litter trays and the pets bedding.
Their baby will be born late December and from the end of January, the family can offer additional hours on top of what you currently would be working. Additional duties to name a few would be sterilizing bottles and preparing feeds, changing nappies, keeping the nursery and Toys tidy, occasional sole childcare if the mother needs to pop out from time to time, shared childcare with the mother at home and maybe some babysitting duties on the odd evening.
Location: Warlingham
Start date: as soon as possible when right candidate is found
Days: 2 days a week family flexible to which days.
Hours: 10-12 hours across the 2 days again flexible to when ( once baby is born they can offer 16-20 hours per week)
Salary: from £12 net per hour, possibility of increase once the baby is born.
You must have minimum 4 years experience and have a good level of spoken English.
