What are We are looking for?

A responsible, full time nanny/ home PA to join our busy family, to help with looking after our 2 girls (age 12 and 9).
Right person will be fun, forward thinking and happy to be flexible between looking after the children, doing the school runs and helping run a busy household (running errands/ doing shopping/ home admin etc). We also have a lovely cleaner who comes 3 times a week.
Driving essential, a car is provided
Needs to be able to independently supervise all elements of children's daily life - school runs, homework supervision (this is key), children's washing and ironing.
Children are at school all day in term time which is where the flexibility comes in to help with general household activities, running errands etc.
Full time - live in or live out (live out would need to live locally to W3).  There is some flexibility on full time so if the right person had study or other commitments for a couple of hours a day we could accommodate that.
For live in: a Loft bedroom and separate sitting room and shared bathroom with the children.
Salary to be agreed depending on experience.  4 weeks paid holiday a year with flexibility to take more so long as not in term time + bank holidays.
Working hours: 7.15am to 7.15pm Mon to Thursday with 7.15am to 5.30pm on Fridays. Some opportunity for right candidate to vary times/ as above take time out during the day for study or other activities.
For live in – 2 nights weekday babysitting. Weekends with pre agreement only and paid extra.
